After qualifying, he embarked upon a two year residency at the Dental School of Athens where he was allocated as a clinical and lab instructor supervising students in the prosthetic department. At the same time, he served in the Air Force Military Hospital of Athens performing general and prosthetic dentistry.
Between 2008 and 2012 he completed a postgraduate training course in Bristol and Bath leading to an MSc in Dental Implantology. His specialist area of research during this study was on implant prosthetic complications.
