What is an Intraoral Scanner?
An Intraoral Scanner is used to produce accurate images of your teeth. You may previously have had to have an impression made of your teeth using dental putty, which is no longer necessary with this scanner! It consists of a wand-like device that attaches to a cord on a computer that saves a digital 3D image of your smile.
