There will be a focus each week for the next four months for tips on how to keep your mouth, teeth, and gums healthy.
Although most people brush regularly, many don’t clean between their teeth and some people don’t have regular dental check-ups. A few small changes in your daily routine can make a big difference in the long term.
Removing plaque and bits of food from around your teeth is important as this will stop your gums from becoming inflamed. Tartar is what plaque will turn into when it hardens, which can only be removed by a dental team.
